Job Overview The Consumer Relations Assistant will assist the Chief Marketing & Innovation Officer in managing a range of consumer relations and sales operations activities. This role will manage consumer relations, addressing complaints and inquiries, and resolving issues effectively. Additionally, this role will assist in sales operations activities, including updating product specifications, coordinating product samples, and summarizing Club store orders. Duties Manage consumer relations phone line, website, and emails, addressing complaints and inquiries, and resolving issues effectively. Track and issue weekly and monthly summary reports. Assist in updating product specifications and sell sheets Support sales operations activities (product sample shipments, summarize weekly Club Stores orders) Perform other administrative support as needed (faxing, filing) Prior administrative experience within healthcare or related fields is preferred.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience in customer service, particularly in handling complaints and inquiries is a plus
• Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
• PC skills to include Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Flexible and adaptable to take on other administrative support as needed

Pay:

From $20.00 per hour
