This role involves assisting customers with product selection, answering general questions, maintaining organized merchandise areas, and supporting everyday boutique operations. The ideal candidate is professional, respectful, attentive to customer needs, and comfortable working in a personalized retail environment. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide courteous, attentive service. Listen to customer needs and assist with finding suitable products. Provide general information about merchandise, styles, sizes, and availability. Help maintain neat and organized product displays. Assist with restocking merchandise and maintaining sales-floor organization. Support checkout and routine retail transactions when needed. Keep customer areas, fitting areas, and displays clean and presentable. Handle customer questions and concerns professionally and discreetly. Replenish shopping bags, packaging, and other store supplies. Communicate product or customer needs with other team members. Assist with opening, closing, and general boutique duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous retail, boutique, sales, or customer service experience is helpful. Friendly, respectful, and professional communication style. Strong listening and interpersonal skills. Reliable, punctual, and responsible. Comfortable providing personalized customer assistance. Good attention to detail and merchandise organization. Able to maintain discretion and professionalism during customer interactions. Willingness to learn store procedures and product information. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
