Key Responsibilities of the Verizon Sales Agent Deliver outstanding customer service through face-to-face interactions with customers. Utilize customer service skills to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services. Generate sales by educating customers on Verizon products, devices, plans, and promotions. Build trust through exceptional customer service and consultative sales techniques. Assist customers with account activations, upgrades, and service changes. Explain wireless technology, including Verizon's 5G+ devices, in a clear and engaging manner. Support team objectives by achieving individual and team sales goals. Provide ongoing customer service throughout the sales process and after activation. Verizon Sales Agent Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is preferred but not required. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Professional attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Goal-oriented mindset with a strong interest in sales and career development.
