This is an exciting, hands-on role where you'll support live activations, pop-up events, and customer acquisition campaigns while gaining real-world sales and marketing experience from day one.

This is a full-time, in-person opportunity based in Nashville. This is not a remote position. Job Description In this role, you'll represent brands directly at live promotional events, pop-up activations, and customer-facing campaign locations across Nashville. You'll help bring campaigns to life in person — engaging with customers, starting conversations, introducing products and services, and creating positive brand experiences. You'll receive training to confidently communicate campaign information, answer customer questions, and assist with registrations, sign-ups, or purchases. This is an active, performance-focused role, so a positive attitude, confidence, and genuine enjoyment of working with people will help you thrive.

Your day-to-day will include:
