Negotiable based on experience About the Position 3C Environmental Solutions Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail & E-Commerce Sales Assistant to support the sale of computers, servers, components, and other electronic products through eBay and related sales channels. The ideal candidate can independently research products, compare market prices, create accurate listings, and communicate with buyers. Previous eBay experience is preferred, but training can be provided to a candidate with strong research skills and willingness to learn. Mandarin Chinese is preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities Research product models, specifications, compatibility, and market demand Review active and sold eBay listings to determine competitive pricing Create and maintain accurate eBay listings Write clear product titles, descriptions, specifications, and condition notes Take or organize product photos for listings Update pricing and listing information based on market conditions Respond professionally to buyer questions and product inquiries Monitor orders, returns, customer-service issues, and listing performance Maintain accurate product, inventory, and sales records Coordinate with testing and warehouse teams to confirm product condition and availability Assist with packing, order preparation, and other sales-related tasks when needed Perform other e-commerce and operational duties as assigned Qualifications Strong online research and price-comparison skills Familiarity with eBay or another e-commerce platform is preferred Knowledge of computers, servers, phones, or electronic equipment is a plus Written English proficiency for listings and buyer communication Mandarin Chinese proficiency is preferred Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel Product photography or basic image-editing experience is a plus Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learn Ability to work independently and collaborate with warehouse staff What We Offer Hands-on eBay and product training Experience in e-commerce, electronics resale, and market research Opportunity to learn about a wide range of IT equipment Stable full-time schedule Expected hours: 40.0 per week
