We are currently hiring an AT&T Sales Assistant to join our entry-level team and support the rollout of new products and services. The AT&T Sales Assistant opportunity is ideal for someone who is motivated, personable, eager to learn, and interested in developing practical experience in sales and customer engagement. As an AT&T Sales Assistant, you'll help introduce customers to available products and services, answer questions, support the enrollment process, and contribute to a positive customer experience. AT&T Sales Assistant Responsibilities Introduce customers to AT&T home products and services based on their individual needs Educate customers on product features, service options, sales promotions, and available technology Build positive relationships with new and existing customers Assist customers throughout the sales and enrollment process Provide accurate information regarding accounts, pricing, and service options Answer customer questions and address concerns in a professional manner Help resolve customer issues or connect customers with the appropriate department when necessary Support customer engagement from initial interaction through enrollment Communicate with sales, customer service, compliance, and leadership teams to help maintain an efficient customer experience Maintain accurate customer information and provide updates to leadership as needed AT&T Sales Assistant Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent time-management and organizational abilities Willingness to learn and develop new sales and customer service skills Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude Prior AT&T Sales Assistant experience is highly desirable Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Must be 18 years of age or older What We Look For The ideal AT&T Sales Assistant is motivated, dependable, coachable, and genuinely interested in helping customers.
