Bilingual Korean-English Sales & Logistics Support Specialist Position Title - Senior Logistics Business Support Location - Plano Texas. Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and organized Bilingual Korean-English Sales & Logistics Support Specialist to support the Sales, Operations, and Business Development teams. This role will be responsible for sales administration, customer communication, reporting, pricing support, CRM management, and coordination with internal departments. The position is suitable for an entry-level candidate or someone with up to 3 years of experience who is interested in developing a career in logistics, supply chain, sales, or business development. Roles & Responsibilities Prepare reports, performance summaries, presentations, and other documents for management and sales teams. Support Team Leaders with daily administrative and business activities. Assist with tracking sales performance, customer information, and business data. Provide support for special projects and ad-hoc assignments. Respond to customer inquiries regarding services, shipment status, and general requests. Assist with preparing freight quotations, pricing proposals, and related documentation. Maintain pricing records, contracts, and other sales documentation. Follow up with customers and internal teams to ensure timely responses. Support the Sales team with customer follow-ups and lead management. Maintain and update CRM systems and sales databases. Track sales pipeline activities and update customer and lead information. Assist with identifying potential customers and business opportunities. Follow up on customer concerns and complaints and coordinate with relevant departments. Support communication between customers, Sales, Operations, Pricing, Finance, and Legal teams. Assist with sales orders, shipment processing, and other operational activities. Help ensure customer requests are handled accurately and on time. Assist with Excel-based reporting, P&L simulations, profitability analysis, and data entry. Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and business documents. Conduct basic market research and compile information on customers and industry trends. Support new business implementation and process improvement activities. Education Bachelor's degree in Bilingual Studies, Korean-English Communication, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field . Candidates with an educational background in Korean-English bilingual studies are preferred. Qualifications Fluent in both Korean and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Entry-level candidates or candidates with less than 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, sales support, customer service, or business development are welcome. Good organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint . CRM experience, such as Salesforce, is an advantage. Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to learn. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Interest in developing knowledge of the logistics and supply chain industry.
