Serve as backup receptionist by answering, screening, and directing incoming phone calls professionally. Assist customers by addressing questions, requests, and concerns in a timely manner. Coordinate communication between the sales team and other departments to support efficient operations. Perform general office duties, including filing, copying, scanning, faxing, and maintaining records. Help maintain clean and organized reception, kitchen, and common office areas.
