AT&T Sales Agent Top Marketing Inc is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as AT&T Sales Agents. This is a sales-focused opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, presenting products and services, and working toward performance goals. You'll represent AT&T through face-to-face sales interactions with local business owners, helping them identify wireless, internet, and telecommunications solutions that fit their needs. No previous sales experience is required, we provide training and ongoing coaching to help you develop your sales skills. What You'll Do as an AT&T Sales Agent Present and sell AT&T products and services to new business customers Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate AT&T solutions Generate new sales opportunities through face-to-face interactions Explain wireless, internet, and telecommunications products and services Build relationships with business owners and potential customers Follow up with prospects and assist throughout the sales process Meet individual and team sales goals Track sales activity and performance Participate in daily sales meetings, coaching, and ongoing training Collaborate with the sales team in a fast-paced, energetic environment What We're Looking For in an AT&T Sales Agent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident and comfortable speaking with new people Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving sales results Positive, competitive, and coachable attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Retail, hospitality, restaurant, customer service, or sales experience is a plus, but not required Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent

AT&T Sales Agent Job Details Pay Structure:

Commission-based compensation alongside training pay, with an average weekly paycheck of $950-$1,350

Work Environment:

Full-time, in-person sales position based in

Lubbock, TX Sales Territory:

Meet with business owners at different local businesses throughout the Lubbock, TX area

Schedule:

Approximately 40 hours per week,
