This Customer Sales Assistant Role is on-site, located in Abilene, Texas. Individuals who enjoy working directly with customers and building strong business relationships in a dynamic environment are ideal candidates for this position. As a Customer Sales Assistant, you will be an important part of improving business growth by directly interacting with customers and promoting AT&T Fiber telecommunications solutions tailored to their needs. Responsibilities of a

Customer Sales Assistant Include:

Engaging in person with customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions that support their goals Promoting AT&T Fiber telecommunications products and services through consultations and presentations Building and maintaining strong business relationships with new and existing clients Collaborating with the Customer Sales Assistant team to support local business outreach initiatives and campaigns Tracking customer interactions and identifying opportunities to improve business performance and client satisfaction Qualifications to be a Customer Sales Assistant include: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education Motivated to be on-site daily to learn and apply sales and marketing techniques Interact with customers efficiently and effectively to ensure business success Have an interest in sales and business development. Strong communicators who excel in customer-facing roles/environments. Professionals who can build trust and long-term business relationships. Goal-oriented team players who contribute to overall business success and the Customer Sales Assistant team This position is a full-time employment position located in Abilene, TX. This position is Monday through Saturday, with an average of 40 hours per week, working in a face-to-face role with customers and businesses.

Pay:

100% commission•$70•250 per order. On average, a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee.

We work with AT&T, promoting and signing up new customers and businesses for their wireless and internet services
