Event Marketing Assistant (Retail) - Entry Level Full-Time | Weekly Pay | W-2 Position | Paid Training Are you outgoing, energetic, and excited to work with people in a fast-paced, face-to-face retail environment? We're currently hiring an Event Marketing Assistant in the Kirkland, WA area to support retail-based promotional campaigns representing AT&T wireless products and services. This is an entry-level opportunity with hands-on training, ideal for individuals looking to build experience in retail sales, event marketing, customer engagement, and wireless promotions. In this role, team members work directly with customers inside retail locations and promotional event environments representing AT&T wireless services, including mobile phone plans, internet services, wireless devices, and technology accessories. Responsibilities include customer engagement, product education, assisting with service enrollments and upgrades, and supporting daily retail campaign initiatives. This is an in-person, customer-facing retail marketing and sales position involving direct interaction with customers in retail and event-based environments.

What You'll Do:

Represent AT&T wireless campaigns at in-store retail events and pop-up activations Engage with shoppers and create a positive, high-energy customer experience Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, mobile devices, internet services, promotions, and service options Assist interested customers with account enrollments, upgrades, activations, and product inquiries Share current promotions, products, and services in a clear and engaging way Assist with event setup, breakdown, merchandising, and campaign coordination Track daily activity, customer engagement, and performance metrics Work closely with team members to support retail sales and campaign goals
