We are looking for a Sales Assistant to support customer and design-related inquiries for a Contract position based in Wheeling, Illinois. This role focuses on delivering timely sales support, coordinating product information, and helping customers and interior designers move projects forward smoothly. Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer questions regarding order status, product availability, specifications, and sample requests with accuracy and urgency.
• Partner with interior designers and clients to provide product details and support project-related sales activities.
• Assist the sales team with inbound and outbound communication to maintain strong customer engagement and follow-up.
• Prepare and organize sales-related information to help ensure a smooth experience from initial inquiry through order support.
• Maintain accurate records in Sage 50 and support day-to-day administrative sales tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, address customer needs, and keep requests moving efficiently.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple requests while maintaining a high level of service.
• Contribute to inside sales efforts by supporting relationship-building activities and timely client communication.
