This is a client-facing engineering sales role that requires a true engineering background and the ability to understand complex manufacturing equipment, customer applications, and technical solutions. Candidates must have a strong engineering foundation and be comfortable discussing technical concepts with customers, manufacturing teams, and leadership. Recent college grads are encouraged to apply! The first 3 months are fully hands-on and on-site, learning the machines, manufacturing processes, products, and internal operations through direct exposure, manuals, training videos, and collaboration across departments.
