Position Summary:

The Product Quoter is a key member of the Sales Execution team, responsible for preparing accurate equipment quotations and supporting the quote-to-order process for customers across North America. This role works closely with Project/Quote Coordinators, Application Engineers, Product Management, and Sales to ensure timely, accurate quotes and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze quote requirements to prepare equipment quotations.
• Collaborate with Project/Quote Coordinators and Application Engineering to support sales execution activities.
• Prepare detailed and accurate quote documentation.
• Ensure quote accuracy and timely turnaround.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.
• Assist with project tracking and task management using internal systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Agriculture, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 3+ years of experience in product configuration, estimating, quoting, or a related technical sales support role preferred.
• Experience in the agriculture industry is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project/document management tools.
