Posted 06/2026 Job Description Job Summary Performs liaison engineering activities to resolve production and in-service product issues through analysis, disposition development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams supporting aerospace systems. - Ability to obtain a Security Clearance Education & Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
- Level 4: 9 + years work-related experience with a Bachelor's degree OR 7+ years of work-related experience with a Master's degree OR work-related experience with a PhD
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Preferred Skills
- Experience in a manufacturing or manufacturing support environment
- Have good communication and cross-group collaboration skills
- Hands-on problem-solving skills Job Duties & Functions
- Research engineering design principles to develop solutions for product and process issues in production and in-service environments
- Analyze non-conformances and support root cause investigations while drafting engineering dispositions
- Assist system owners in preparing technical communications and documentation
- Evaluate fleet data and customer findings to identify product and process improvement opportunities
- Support identification of deviations that may impact design intent and safety requirements
- Participate in Material Review Boards and Integrated Product Teams to resolve engineering issues
