•District Engineer position for an independent Cementing and Acidizing Service Company in the Permian Basin. The Engineer must have good communication and time management skills. The position requires a minimum of 2 years of Engineering experience at an oilfield service company. The position will require coordination with the laboratory, bulk plant, acid dock, operations and sales. Some technical sales work will be required. Requirements/Responsibilities Design Spacer systems, Cement slurries and Acid blends. Write Technical Proposals. Perform pre-job hydraulics simulations & post job pressure matching analysis. Coordinate with the laboratory with spacer & cement testing requirements. Provide onsite support to operations & customers for some cement and acid jobs. Technical Sales. Provide/present KPI information to customer's as well as optimize designs to meet customer's needs This is a full-time position, and the applicant must be located in the Midland/Odessa area.
