This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, wants to develop strong business and communication skills, and is looking for a role with room to take on more responsibility over time. What You'll Do Represent AT&T while meeting directly with customers Learn how to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services Build skills in sales, communication, negotiation, and relationship development Participate in ongoing coaching and team development Work toward increased responsibilities and leadership opportunities based on performance Who We're Looking For Previous sales experience is helpful, but it's not required. We're looking for people with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn. Candidates from restaurants, retail, athletics, hospitality, and other fast-paced environments often do especially well because they're already comfortable communicating, working with a team, and performing in a results-driven environment.
