This role monitors order accuracy, product quality feedback, and fulfillment metrics, coordinating between sales, production, and logistics to resolve issues quickly. Responsibilities include analyzing defects and returns data, maintaining quality documentation, supporting audits, and standardizing processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and help ensure Honda's quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards across dealer and customer orders. Responsibilities Monitor order accuracy and sales quality metrics across manufacturing-related sales channels Analyze defects, returns, and customer feedback to identify trends and root causes Coordinate with sales, manufacturing, logistics, and customer service to resolve quality issues Maintain quality records, process documentation, and support internal and external audits Develop and track KPIs and reports for management on sales quality performance Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance order accuracy and customer satisfaction Standardize and refine sales quality procedures and workflows Collaborate with dealers and internal stakeholders to communicate quality standards and updates Required Skills Sales operations coordination Quality control and assurance Data analysis and reporting Manufacturing processes knowledge CRM/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) Order management and fulfillment Root cause analysis Excel and data visualization tools Process documentation and auditing Cross-functional communication
