Summary Basic functions of the position include day-to-day supervision and training of Sales associates, ensuring conformance with all internal quality operating procedures, ability to self manage and meet shipment quotes. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to reading shipment plans. This position needs someone who possesses strong communication and organization skills, works well under pressure, able to meet deadlines and available to work 8-12-hour shifts if necessar Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Assign/Manage the Sales workers according to delivery plan Instruct/manage shipping activities as outlined in company policies and work instructions Frequently conduct visual quality inspections to ensure sales technicians are performing to work instructions. If quality problems occur, stop the shipping and make countermeasures, sort products in sales area and team leader has to bring the parts from another warehouse, as needed. Replace the job temporarily when workers are absent Comply to safe work practices, fill out accident reports in a timely manner when accidents do happen and then work on corrective actions for future prevention. Solve/Report the complaints from team members. Involve Supervisor when needed. Check/Report member's attendance (absent/vacation/personal day/late/leave early) Train members when have issues Willingness to work overtime when needed Inform to supervisor of transportation supplier what is required Manage delivery scheduled Report daily returned parts from customers (Required investigation of reason of return) and inform returned parts Inspect facility and forklift relatedRecheck sequenced parts before loading in trailer Manage parts being loaded in trailer (Loading match with delivery order, parts are good placement) F.I.F.O (New model, changed parts)Request needed parts to Assembly Dept.
