About the Opportunity Evergreen Acquisitions is expanding its Sacramento team and is looking for personable, motivated individuals to join us as Customer Engagement & Sales Representatives. This is a customer-facing sales opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, starting conversations, learning about products and services, and creating a positive customer experience. We are especially interested in candidates who have developed strong people skills through hospitality, restaurants, hotels, events, retail, customer service, entertainment, guest services, or other face-to-face roles. You don't need a traditional sales background to apply. We're looking for individuals who are professional, coachable, dependable, and comfortable communicating with customers. Training is provided. What You'll Do Interact directly with customers in a professional and approachable manner. Start conversations with prospective customers and identify their needs. Ask questions to understand customer preferences and recommend appropriate options. Present accurate information about the products and services represented by Evergreen Acquisitions. Explain product features, benefits, pricing, promotions, and available options. Build rapport and establish positive customer relationships. Provide a professional and informative customer experience. Guide interested customers through the sales and enrollment process. Follow established sales and customer-service procedures. Maintain accurate customer and sales information. Follow up with customers when appropriate. Participate in team meetings, sales training, coaching, and professional development. Work toward individual and team sales objectives. Collaborate with management and team members to improve customer engagement and sales results. Compensation This is an hourly paid position with opportunities for bonuses.

Compensation includes hourly pay plus performance-based bonuses.
