In this role, you will engage with prospective customers, promote our products and services, generate sales, and help achieve team performance goals. This position offers an hourly wage plus commission based on performance. Responsibilities Promote company products and services at assigned events and retail locations. Engage with prospective customers in a professional and courteous manner. Generate leads and close sales while meeting or exceeding performance goals. Educate customers on product features, services, and current promotions. Maintain accurate sales records and complete required reporting. Set up, maintain, and break down promotional displays when needed. Travel occasionally (approximately 10-20%) to promotional events and assigned locations. Represent the company professionally and provide a positive customer experience. Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales objectives. Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or GED required. Reliable transportation required. Valid driver's license and proof of insurance if driving for work. Must be available to work full-time, including weekends. Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 10-20%). Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, marketing, or promotional events is preferred but not required.
