Inside Sales Enrollment Coordinator, Intermediate (Plan Based Enroller) Blue Shield of CA United States, California, El Dorado Hills 4205 Town Center Boulevard (Show on map) Aug 17, 2026 Your Role The Blue Shield of California IFP Direct Sales Team are responsible for assisting clients with plan selection and enrollment with on and off exchange medical, dental and vision products. The Inside Sales Enrollment Coordinator, Intermediate (Plan Based Enroller) position will report to the Senior Manager, Direct Sales. In this role you will assist with the on-exchange enrollments for the sales agents, Evershield sales retention strategies, administrative sales team support and other duties as assigned or able to complete.
