• Cooler Depot USA is a fast-growing commercial restaurant equipment company founded in 2015.

We specialize in commercial refrigeration, freezers, bakery equipment, and commercial kitchen equipment. We serve commercial customers nationwide through our website and major online marketplaces, with multiple warehouse locations.

WE ARE HIRING

We are looking for a motivated, professional, and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an inside on-site sales position focused on online product posting and customer service. This position differs from traditional B2B or outside sales roles . You do not need to go outside to find customers, visit businesses, or conduct cold-call prospecting. The main responsibilities are posting products for sale on online platforms and providing customer service throughout the sales process

• from initial inquires and purchasing assistance to after-sales support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Online Product Posting :

Post products on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and other approved online platforms. ⭐

Customer Service :

Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online messaging. ⭐

Sales Assistance :

Answer product questions, assist customers with purchases, and follow up on sales inquiries. ⭐

After-Sales Support :

Help customers resolve product-related questions, concerns, and issues after purchase. ⭐

Performance Goals :

Meet daily product-posting requirements and sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS

⭐Good communication and customer service skills. ⭐Basic computer skills and comfortable using online platforms. ⭐Professional, reliable, organized, and detail-oriented. ⭐Punctual and dependable, with a strong sense of responsibility. ⭐Previous sales or customer service experience preferred. ⭐Must be willing to work on-site. This is NOT a remote position.
