Quiet Mind Retreat & Spa | Julian, CA $18-$20/hour based on experience + commission Quiet Mind Retreat & Spa is seeking a warm, organized, and sales-minded Guest Services & Wellness Sales Specialist to join our team at our peaceful mountain wellness retreat in Julian, California. This is a unique hospitality role combining guest services, retreat planning, and wellness sales . You will be one of the first points of contact for prospective and arriving guests, helping them choose the retreat, spa services, and wellness experiences that best support what they are looking for during their stay. Compensation $18-$20/hour , based on experience 2.5% commission on all-inclusive wellness retreat package sales 5% commission on individual spa and wellness sales Hourly pay plus commission provides additional earning potential for someone who enjoys sales and connecting guests with the right experiences What You'll Do Respond to retreat inquiries by phone, email, and text Speak with prospective guests about their goals and recommend appropriate retreat packages Follow up with leads and help convert inquiries into confirmed reservations Recommend and sell massages, spa treatments, yoga, meditation, Reiki, Ayurveda, and other wellness experiences Help guests personalize their retreat itineraries before arrival Assist with reservations, scheduling, payments, and general guest questions Welcome and support guests throughout their stay Coordinate with spa practitioners, wellness providers, kitchen, housekeeping, and management Maintain accurate guest notes, schedules, and reservation information Provide thoughtful and attentive service throughout the guest experience We're Looking for Someone Who Is genuinely warm, welcoming, and comfortable connecting with people Has strong communication, customer service, and sales skills Is comfortable with consultative sales, lead follow-up, and converting inquiries into bookings Has a background in or strong understanding of spa, wellness, holistic health, or retreat services Can confidently speak about and recommend services such as massage, yoga, meditation, Reiki, Ayurveda, and other wellness experiences Is organized and able to manage multiple guest requests, schedules, and follow-ups Communicates professionally by phone, text, and email Is dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented Can recommend services in a warm and genuine way without creating a high-pressure sales experience Previous experience in spa/wellness, retreat hospitality, reservations, or wellness sales is strongly preferred.
