Bluecrest Lawn and Landscape is looking for a motivated, experienced salesperson to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is confident communicating with homeowners, following up with leads, performing on-site estimates, and closing landscaping projects. Compensation Base pay + commission Commission percentage based on experience and will be discussed during the interview Expected earning potential: $60,000-$70,000+ per year Strong performers have the opportunity to earn more What We Provide Company vehicle Company-generated leads Established company with active marketing and incoming opportunities Support from our operations and installation teams Opportunity to grow with the company Responsibilities Meet with potential customers and perform on-site estimates Sell landscaping and outdoor improvement projects Follow up consistently with leads and open estimates Build relationships with customers Generate additional leads through networking, outreach, referrals, and prospecting Maintain an organized sales pipeline Communicate effectively with the office and production teams What We're Looking For Sales experience preferred Landscaping, construction, home improvement, irrigation, pavers, turf, or similar industry experience is a major plus Strong communication and closing skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Must be willing to both work company-provided leads and generate some of your own opportunities Professional appearance and attitude Valid driver's license This is a great opportunity for someone who wants a combination of base pay, commission, company-provided leads, a company vehicle, and uncapped earning potential .
