Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with selecting mobile devices, plans, and accessories that meet their needs. Demonstrate product features through engaging demos to highlight benefits and functionalities. Upsell additional products and services to maximize customer value and store sales goals. Operate the cash register efficiently, handling retail sales transactions, cash handling, and cash drawer management with accuracy. Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the store remains clean, inviting, and well-merchandised. Provide excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries. Supervise or assist in supervising team members during shifts to ensure smooth store operations and exceptional customer service. Requirements Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (or other relevant languages) is essential for effective communication with diverse customers. Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in electronics or grocery store environments. Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, retail math, and cashiering procedures. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Knowledge of retail store product offerings, merchandising techniques, and stock management. Supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities within the team. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing cash drawers confidently. Pay:
