Experienced Automotive Sales Professionals Jarrett Scott Ford in Plant City is growing, and we're looking for 2 experienced Automotive Sales Professionals to join our winning team! If you're driven, customer-focused, and looking for a dealership that provides the inventory, traffic, and compensation to maximize your earnings, we want to talk to you.

What We Offer:

One of the best pay plans in the Tampa Bay area

Up to 35% front-end commission
5% back-end commission
Minimum commission of $200 plus 5% back-end
Weekly commission payouts

Work-Life Balance:

Monday-Friday:

8:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Saturday:

8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Closed every Sunday
One weekday off every week
One full weekend off every month

RESPONSIBILITIES

Expertly helps the customer locate/select a vehicle and the options best suited to the customer's needs
Articulates vehicle selection, attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options, and dealership policies/services
Responsibly conducts a vehicle test drive
Negotiates sale closure in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashion
Completes all sales documentation in a comprehensive and accurate manner
Facilitates delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle and features operation, warranty, and servicing requirements
Maintains current knowledge of all promotions, financing options, value-add products/services, servicing plans, and industry trends
