Job Description
Happy's rents and sells furniture, appliances, electronics, and mattresses through 14 retail locations. The Sales Manager is the first point of contact with a prospective customer. Sales Managers are responsible for creating new Rental Agreements that match a customer's ability to pay. Daily Activity Greet and educate customers on Rent to Own Programs Demonstrate the features and benefits of multiple product categories Assist customers making on time payments Order, receive, stock, and price rental units Process rental unit returns Assist in refurbishment of rental units Daily telemarketing to current and former customers Manage the location's Facebook page Preferred Skills Energetic, outgoing personality Good phone presence Strong organizational skills Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages)
