The Opportunity Our Design Consultants have a passion for creating. They design. They problem-solve. Most importantly, they transform the chaos of a client's home into an organized, functional work of art. Working one-on-one with clients, you will guide them through the design process and help them select the ideal colors, moldings, accessories, and storage solutions to complement their home and lifestyle. Our location serves clients from Parrish to Marco Island and east to Lake Placid , with our showroom and shop located in Fort Myers . We are experiencing strong growth and are looking for additional Design Consultants to help us meet the demand for our services. Prior product knowledge is not required. We are more interested in your skills, energy, personality, and willingness to learn. We provide comprehensive training, professional presentation materials, and ongoing support to help you succeed. What You'll Do As a Design Consultant, you will: Meet with clients in their homes to understand their organizational needs, preferences, and budgets. Create customized storage solutions that are both beautiful and functional. Present designs and product options in a professional, consultative manner. Help clients select colors, finishes, moldings, accessories, and other features. Manage your appointments and follow up with clients throughout the sales process. Build additional business through referrals, networking, social media, and other prospecting activities. Work collaboratively with our showroom, shop, warehouse, and installation teams. Continuously improve your approach while maintaining a high standard of quality and customer service.

Comfortable using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Comfortable working from home, in clients' homes, and in our showroom. Available to work full-time.
