About the Role We're hiring an energetic, driven Container Sales Specialist to grow and manage our container sales business. This is a hunter role for someone who loves closing deals, isn't afraid to pick up the phone, and knows how to turn leads into revenue. You'll own a mix of national wholesale accounts, e-commerce marketing in the Miami region where we are head quartered, and inbound inquiries coming through our website. If you're a self-starter who thrives on generating new business and hitting targets, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do Drive national wholesale container sales, building and growing accounts across the country. Manage and convert inbound inquiries from our website into closed sales. Run e-commerce marketing efforts in the Miami region, including social platforms like Facebook. Proactively prospect and generate new business through outbound calls, follow-ups, and relationship building. Keep the sales pipeline organized and up to date in our CRM. Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. What We're Looking For Proven sales experience with a track record of hitting targets and generating new business. Energetic self-starter who can work independently and stay motivated without hand-holding. Confident on the phone — you're comfortable making cold and warm calls and don't shy away from picking up the phone. CRM proficiency — experience working within a CRM to manage leads, track activity, and stay organized. E-commerce / social media marketing know-how , especially with platforms like Facebook. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Reliable home office setup and the discipline to manage your own day. Nice to Have Experience selling containers, industrial products, or wholesale/B2B goods. Background running paid social or e-commerce campaigns.
