Auto-Chlor System is looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual we can train and develop into a skilled Route Service Tech. This is a role for those seeking a career and who enjoy learning. This role is very engaging for the right person, as it blends hands-on service & mechanical work with account management, customer service, and sales. You will be trained to manage every aspect of over 130 restaurant customers doing business with us, to include: Preventative maintenance & repair to our commercial dishwashing machines. Product delivery and inventory management of the cleaning chemicals we provide to restaurants. Invoicing, receiving payments, upselling, and on-site training Build strong customer relationships that lead to loyalty and new sales opportunities. Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service needs.

What You Bring:

Strong customer service and communication skills. Mechanical aptitude — comfortable learning equipment, diagnosing issues, and fixing problems. Sales mindset — able to identify growth opportunities and build trust. High accountability, reliability, and pride in work. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
