Expected Earnings:

$50,000-$120,000+ annually , based on performance. What You'll Do Help customers find the right new or pre-owned vehicle for their needs. Build relationships with customers before, during, and after the sale. Follow up with internet, phone, and walk-in leads. Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives. Learn product knowledge to confidently present vehicles and features. Maintain customer communication through our CRM system. Work with our finance and management teams to deliver an exceptional buying experience. What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Excellent communication and people skills. Self-motivated with a desire to succeed. Coachable and willing to learn. Professional appearance and demeanor. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Sales experience is helpful but not required.
