Operations, Data and Business Support (3-4 hrs/week) Maintain accurate CRM and tracking data for Consultants, Affiliates, and customers — contact details, status, and performance metrics. Analyze sales, customer service, and operational data to spot revenue leaks and growth opportunities, and deliver a concise performance report to leadership. Support monthly financial and banking reconciliations and Consultant compensation payments and reporting. Oversee product shipping and order fulfillment for accuracy and on-time delivery, and refine processes that slow down the revenue cycle. Assist with bottling and packaging operations, including preparing materials, filling and packaging product, moving supplies and finished product, and helping maintain an organized and compliant work area in accordance with established procedures.
