Unlimited Earning Potential. We are a growing local sign shop looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help us grow our commercial customer base. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who already has strong relationships with business owners, property managers, contractors, developers, general contractors, real estate professionals, marketing agencies, or other commercial decision makers and enjoys turning those relationships into new business. You bring the relationships, prospecting, and sales. We handle the estimating, design, production, and installation. And because compensation is based on 10% of gross profit on every job you bring in , there is no cap on what you can earn. What You'll Do Prospect for new commercial signage opportunities Leverage your existing business relationships to generate leads and referrals Develop relationships with business owners, property managers, contractors, developers, and other commercial decision makers Identify signage needs including storefront signs, channel letters, monument signs, vehicle graphics, banners, wayfinding, wall graphics, and custom signage Make calls, send emails, network, visit businesses, and pursue other creative ways to generate opportunities Meet with prospective customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities Follow up consistently and move prospects through the sales process Present estimates and proposals to customers Build long term relationships that generate repeat and referral business Coordinate with our internal team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to production and installation What We Provide You don't need to be a sign expert. Our team provides the support necessary to turn your opportunities into completed projects, including: Estimating Professional graphic design Production Installation Project coordination and technical support Your primary responsibility is finding opportunities, developing relationships, and closing business. Compensation 10% of gross profit on every job you bring in Plus additional bonuses for reaching sales and performance targets. Unlimited earning potential. The more profitable business you generate, the more you earn. There is no traditional salary or commission cap. This structure is particularly well suited for someone who already has a network of commercial contacts and knows how to create opportunities.
