About the Position This position begins with door-to-door neighborhood marketing , where you'll introduce homeowners to our company, build relationships, and schedule roofing inspections in targeted areas. You'll learn our proven sales system while working alongside experienced team members. During the winter months, you'll receive structured training in every aspect of our business so you're fully prepared for the busy spring and summer seasons. By the time spring arrives, you'll have the knowledge and confidence to manage your own customers from the initial inspection through project completion. You'll Receive Training In Residential roofing systems Commercial roofing systems Storm damage restoration Insurance claim sales Retail roofing sales Siding Gutters Windows & doors Customer presentations Estimating Closing techniques Project management Our proven sales process Responsibilities Generate new business through door-to-door prospecting Schedule inspections with homeowners Build relationships within the community Perform roof inspections after training Prepare estimates and proposals Guide customers through the sales process Coordinate with production throughout the project Deliver exceptional customer service from start to finish Qualifications We're looking for someone who is: Highly motivated and competitive Comfortable speaking with homeowners Professional, dependable, and honest Coachable and eager to learn Self-disciplined with a strong work ethic Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment In possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Sales experience is preferred but not required. Construction or roofing knowledge is a plus but not required. Bilingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.
