Pay runs $150,000 to $250,000 per year on uncapped commission. You need real experience in in-home sales, home improvement, or another commission-based role, because you will be sitting with homeowners who already want a bathroom remodel and already expect a price.

Who You Are:

You are a closer who reads a room and knows the moment to ask for the sale. You take pride in a presentation so clean the homeowner decides before you pack up. You are self-directed and hold your own numbers without anyone checking in on you. You bring strong communication and closing ability. You bring a competitive edge, self-discipline, and coachability. You bring a professional presence and reliable transportation.

Who We Are:

We remodel bathrooms for homeowners. We built our reputation on professionalism and reliability, so customers know they hired the right contractor. We generate the leads and hand them to you, so prospecting is not part of this job. We run a defined sales system with a structured presentation and operational support behind it.

What You Will Do Each Day:

Run company-provided in-home appointments. Deliver the structured presentation the way the system is built. Present pricing clearly and answer questions without hedging. Close the sale in the home. Move to your next appointment.
