You bring the personality, work ethic, and drive. What You'll Actually Do This isn't a traditional plumbing position where the goal is simply to fix what's broken and move on to the next call. You'll meet homeowners inside their homes, diagnose plumbing concerns, ask questions, understand what matters to the customer, and provide options that solve the immediate problem while helping protect their home long term. You'll learn how to: Build trust quickly with homeowners Ask great questions and uncover customer needs Diagnose common residential plumbing problems Inspect plumbing systems and identify additional concerns Present repair, replacement, and upgrade options Explain solutions in a way customers can easily understand Build options instead of simply giving someone a price Help homeowners confidently make decisions Perform residential plumbing repairs and installations Identify opportunities for larger plumbing projects Follow up on sales opportunities and unsold estimates Build long-term customer relationships Continually improve through weekly sales and technical training Who We're Looking For We're hiring the person first.
