What You'll Do:

Build genuine relationships with customers and provide an exceptional buying experience. Listen to customers' needs and help them find the right vehicle. Present and demonstrate vehicles, explain features, and conduct test drives. Negotiate and close vehicle sales while meeting dealership goals. Follow up with customers before and after the sale to build lasting relationships and earn referrals. Stay current on products, technology, financing options, and sales best practices. Participate in training, team meetings, and dealership events. Keep the showroom and lot looking their best. Be involved in the community and represent Midway Motors with pride. Pitch in wherever needed — we're a team, and everyone plays a part.

What We're Looking For:

Someone who is driven, personable, dependable, professional, and willing to work hard. Automotive sales experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
