Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

Work closely with Division Sales Manager(s) to understand product sales. Work closely with plant management day to day for best service practices to customers. Resolve problems concerning customer issues, transportation, and logistics systems. Conduct customer negotiations to enhance supply chain efficiency. Execute given specific customer requirements for packaging and service.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree or equivalent of experience (min. 5 years) in Poultry Industry. Strong communication skills with the ability to work within dynamic sales team. Detail oriented, self-motivated, multi-tasker. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word. Manage a team consisting of CSR, Freight Manager, Production Coordinator.
