Job description Harper Chevrolet Buick GMC is currently accepting applications from individuals who are seeking full-time employment in the exciting and rewarding field of Automotive Sales. We have an immediate opening for one new sales consultants. Our sales consultants have an unlimited earning potential, optional healthcare benefits, 401K retirement plans and receive employee discounts on service and General Motors employee pricing on new vehicles. Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Greeting guests in the showroom as well as on the car lot
• Receiving and responding to inbound leads from phone, email and internet, as well as making phone calls and using social media to increase interest and build a potential customer base
• Researching and staying current in consumer and industry trends and a willingness to adjust often to new ideas and trend changes
• Completion of required training required by General Motors and Harper Chevrolet Buick GMC
• Reporting to the General Manager daily with prospective leads and updates We have determined that an ideal applicant for this position will possess a high level of self-motivation, energy and will always maintain a customer-focused attitude. The following qualifications must be met in order to be considered for this position:
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Solid working knowledge of the internet
• Sales experience in some form, preferably in the automotive industry, but not required
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be outgoing, confident and prepared to work with the public on a daily basis
