We are looking to expand our sales staff due to increased business. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to represent Minuteman Volkswagen with honesty and integrity. We are looking for a salesperson with experience however, will train the right person. Our Sales Consultant is responsible for using a consultative, customer-focused approach to selling automobiles by performing the following duties: Spend time and listen to customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options Explain features and demonstrates operation of vehicle and equipment options. Complete quotes and explain financing options. Commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in Depth knowledge. Test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features. Delivers and familiarizes the customer with vehicle. Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate a life lasting customer relationship.

Requirements:

You must be a professional,motivated, team player, reliable, organized and have a valid drivers license with a good driving record. Must be able to pass a background and drug screening.
