Responsibilities:
Attend pre-set appointments with qualified leads (no cold calling or prospecting needed) Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients Present, promote, and sell Kris Konstruction products/services to existing and potential customers Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics Provide exceptional customer service and support
Qualifications:
Previous experience in outside sales, business development, or similar roles Previous experience with home improvement sales Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly driven to succeed Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Why Join Us?
