Duties MUST be fluent in English and Spanish Answer and make phone calls professionally Respond to emails and follow up with customers Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks Conduct outbound calling campaigns to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate qualified leads and appointments Engage in consultative selling by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions that align with their goals Manage and update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems such as Salesforce or other sales automation tools to track leads, interactions, and follow-ups Collaborate with the sales team to develop outreach strategies, improve sales processes, and adopt new sales technology solutions Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining clear, professional communication via phone and email, ensuring client satisfaction and trust Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining organized records of lead activities Support telemarketing efforts by qualifying inbound inquiries and converting them into meaningful sales opportunities Perform quality control inspections at properties Communicate with cleaners and supervisors regarding work quality Visit properties when needed to make sure services are completed correctly Help prepare estimates, proposals, and service information Qualifications Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technical sales within a B2B (business-to-business) environment Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and confidently in English across diverse audiences Familiarity with sales technology adoption, including call center tools, outbound calling systems, and sales automation platforms Technical sales experience related to technology products or services is highly desirable Excellent communication skills combined with active listening abilities to understand client needs and deliver compelling presentations Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your energy fuels our growth!
