Our ideal candidate genuinely enjoys working with people, knows how to create a great customer experience, and is comfortable selling and recommending products. Responsibilities Greet customers and create a friendly, welcoming experience Assist customers with selecting cheesecakes and other products Recommend products and confidently upsell when appropriate Take and accurately fulfill customer orders Operate the POS/register and process payments Answer customer questions about products and flavors Restock products and supplies as needed Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area Work efficiently during busy periods Assist other team members as needed What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking to new people Strong customer service skills Self-motivated and able to take initiative Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working in a lively environment with loud music Positive attitude and ability to work with a diverse team and customer base Willingness to learn sales techniques and product knowledge Previous retail, food service, customer service, or sales experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person Dependable and able to arrive on time for scheduled shifts Able to work well independently and as part of a team The Right Personality Matters We're not just looking for someone to stand behind a register.
