Precision Manufacturing Group (PMG) is a growing precision metal fabrication company serving customers across a wide range of industries. We're looking for a motivated Business Development Representative who enjoys building relationships, opening new accounts, and being rewarded for results. If you're energized by finding new opportunities, meeting with manufacturers, and helping customers solve challenging fabrication problems, we'd like to talk with you. You'll be supported by an experienced estimating, engineering, and manufacturing team while representing a company known for quality, responsiveness, and modern manufacturing capabilities. What You'll Do Develop new business through prospecting, networking, customer visits, referrals, and strategic outreach. Identify manufacturers that can benefit from PMG's fabrication, laser cutting, machining, welding, and engineering capabilities. Build long-term relationships with purchasing managers, engineers, and decision-makers. Maintain and grow existing customer relationships while developing new accounts. Work closely with estimating and engineering to develop quotations and technical solutions. Manage opportunities from first contact through production launch. Represent PMG professionally at customer facilities, industry events, and trade organizations. Help develop sales strategies to expand PMG's presence in target markets. What We're Looking For We're more interested in finding a driven salesperson than someone who knows every detail of metal fabrication.

Required:

Proven success in B2B sales or business development. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Comfortable prospecting and developing new business. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage your time and work independently.

Preferred:

Manufacturing or industrial sales experience. Metal fabrication, machining, steel, or industrial products background. Experience reading mechanical drawings or working with technical products. Existing relationships within manufacturing are a plus. Why Join PMG?
