What You'll Do Generate prospects through networking, referrals, community outreach, and face-to-face sales. Meet with business owners and decision-makers to understand their internet and telecommunications needs and guide clients toward the best solutions. Present internet, fiber, voice, and related telecommunications solutions that fit each customer's business. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers. Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing and installation and promptly respond to new client inquiries. Develop long-term relationships with customers and identify opportunities for additional services. Maintain accurate customer and sales information in company systems. Represent the company professionally in the local business community.
