Seedway is looking for a highly motivated candidate for this sales position with territory including Michigan/UpperMidwest. Position Summary

The Seed Sales Representative is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of seed sales within assigned territory - including Michigan/UpperMidwest. This role works closely with the Sales Manager, Crop Specialists, and other team members to develop and maintain strong customer relationships, execute strategic sales plans, and provide agronomic support through innovative solutions and services. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Development Execute targeted sales calls and assist Crop Specialists with key account strategy and support.

Develop and maintain profitable relationships with growers by delivering customized seed solutions and ongoing support.

Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of seed trials and related support initiatives.

Present tailored farm proposals that highlight the value of seed products and services, reinforcing return on investment. Strategy & Business Growth Support and implement company sales strategies, pricing models, and marketing initiatives to drive market share and profitability.

Track and analyze competitive trends, product performance, and market conditions to inform strategy and stay ahead of industry developments.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales outcomes. Collaboration & Communication Participate in customer events, trade shows, and internal sales meetings to share insights and strengthen customer and team engagement.

Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions and high service standards. Operations & Compliance Manage administrative tasks including pricing, contract preparation, and credit program facilitation.

Utilize Microsoft Office and proprietary software to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Minimum of 4 years of relevant sales experience in seed or crop inputs, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong understanding of seed technologies, agronomic practices, and customer relationship management.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Willingness to travel regularly, including overnight, and work extended hours during peak seasons. At Seedway, we're passionate about helping farmers grow their best.
