Showroom Sales Consultant

House2Home Flooring & Design Studio is looking for a Showroom Sales/Design Consultant to join our team. We need a motivated, professional individual with excellent sales and people skills who enjoys helping clients find the perfect flooring and interior finishes for their spaces. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment and enjoys working with a variety of clients in our beautifully displayed showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with homeowners, contractors, builders, and designers to drive sales Provide expert product knowledge and guidance to clients in the showroom and over the phone Follow up with potential and existing clients to close sales Process orders, track shipments, and manage customer expectations Maintain showroom displays, update pricing, and order samples Assist with social media and online marketing efforts to attract new customers

Requirements:

Sales experience in a showroom or retail setting required Strong closing and customer relationship skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math and computer skills Design experience or an eye for aesthetics is a plus but not required Must love dogs!

Schedule & Compensation:

This is a full-time position with a schedule that includes weekdays, 2-3 evenings per week, and 2 Saturdays per month. Shifts may vary between 8 AM

• 4 PM, 10 AM
• 6 PM, or 10 AM
• 4 PM.
