Inside Sales Representative DOPE Marketing | Full-Time | On-Site, Eagan MN | Base + Uncapped Commission We're hiring salespeople who already know how to sell and want a seat where they set their own ceiling with an uncapped commission. Inbound leads come in every day; these are business owners who need something printed or who want to understand how direct mail can grow their business. You'll also make outbound calls and follow-ups, because some deals don't close on the first conversation. We give you the leads, tools, training, and targets. What you do with them shows up on your paycheck. What You'll Do Work inbound leads. Business owners reach out needing print items (yard signs, door hangers, business cards, etc.) or wanting to learn about direct mail. You figure out what they need, quote it, and close it. Make outbound calls and follow up. Every day. The list doesn't work itself, and the deal you close this month is usually one you started three calls ago. Educate, then sell. Print transactions are simple. Businesses need Yard Signs and Door hangers; you quote it and close it. Many of our customers don't yet know what direct mail can do for them. Show them the strategy first, and the sale follows. Grow a book of free accounts into paying customers. Plenty of business owners create a free

account and never send their first campaign. You get them sending. Sell print and mail every day. Calls, emails, texts, quotes, closes. Postcards, yard signs, door hangers, business cards, handwritten notes, gift boxes, whatever helps our clients grow. Build your own pipeline. Inbound gets you started. What you build on top of it is what makes your year. What You'll Earn Base pay + uncapped, tiered commission on every print sale. The more you sell, the higher your rate climbs. Commission on mail send volume from the accounts you bring on. Recurring sends mean recurring checks. No cap. No ceiling. Your commission grows as your numbers do. What We're Looking For Prior sales experience. This isn't your first sales job. A self-starter who performs without micromanagement. Someone who wants to make real money, not just clock in for a base salary. Comfortable with high-volume phone work and steady in the face of objections. Competitive, coachable, and organized. There's a lot moving in this role, and you need to stay on top of it. CRM experience preferred (HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable) and solid Google Workspace proficiency. We've had a lot of success with people who come from door knocking, insurance sales, or high-volume outbound phone work. If that's your background, we want to talk.
