Job Description
Position Overview The Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for selling nozzles and spraying accessories directly to agricultural businesses, distributors, and professional clients. This role focuses on building and maintaining long-term business relationships, understanding the specific needs of commercial clients, and delivering tailored spraying solutions to optimize their operations. Frequent travel within the region is required to meet clients, attend business meetings, and represent the company at industry events.
Territory:
Tennessee, Mississippi e Arkansas. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a portfolio of agricultural business clients within the regional territory. Conduct detailed needs assessments for commercial clients and recommend appropriate nozzles and spraying accessories. Present technical product information and demonstrations to decision-makers such as agronomists, purchasing managers, and business owners. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales agreements. Achieve or exceed regional sales targets, contributing to sustainable business growth. Collaborate closely with internal technical support and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction and technical follow-up. Travel regularly by car for client visits, trade shows, and networking events. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management for strategic planning. Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports on business development activities. Preferred Qualifications Background in agronomy or expertise in agricultural business sales preferred but not required. Proven experience in sales, preferably in agricultural equipment or related sectors. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Self-driven with excellent organizational and time management abilities. Comfortable with frequent regional travel and flexible scheduling. Focused on delivering value and solutions tailored to business clients. Soft Skills Effective interpersonal and professional communication skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving approach. Ability to build trust and long-term partnerships with business clients. Adaptability and result-oriented mindset.
