Position Overview As a Bilingual Sales Consultant, you will serve as a trusted resource for both English- and Spanish-speaking customers throughout their vehicle purchasing journey. Your ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and provide exceptional customer service will play a key role in creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for every customer. No automotive experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed. What You'll Do Welcome and assist customers in both English and Spanish. Build relationships with customers and understand their transportation needs. Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives. Explain vehicle features, technology, warranties, and ownership benefits. Assist customers in understanding financing and purchasing options. Respond to internet leads, phone calls, text messages, and walk-in traffic. Translate and communicate information accurately between customers and dealership departments when needed. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals. Maintain strong product knowledge on new and pre-owned inventory. Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through vehicle delivery. What We're Looking For Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset. Self-motivated with a desire to achieve personal and professional goals. Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and digital communication tools. Professional appearance and strong work ethic. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
